As you would probably imagine, it's been an eventful trip and we've not even been gone 24 hours. Jay actually hit a mockingbird on 111 right before we got to Sparta. You can see what was left of it when we stopped to get gas....
We made it to Chattanooga and had lunch with Tracie and Parker at Cracker Barrel. After lunch Parker played a game of checkers with Pa and Granny (mostly Pa).
Here's Jay (McCann) and Pa (Jones) on the way into the game tonight.
We had dinner at Skip and Pete's BBQ at Turner Field before the game. Pa and Jay had turkey legs and Granny and I had pork sandwiches.
The Braves lost 4-1...but we still had fun. Maybe they will win tomorrow.
