Saturday Lunch

Mom fixed delicious baked spaghetti for lunch on Saturday. Me, Mom, and Jay had baked spaghetti and salad for lunch. Dad had baked spaghetti and leftover pinto beans. We used Mom's new patio purchases for our delightful outdoor dining experience.



Baked Spaghetti

1 pound ground beef (browned)
1 jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce ( I use the chunky one )
1 can of diced tomatoes with basil
Mix together and let cook on medium until noodles are ready.

1/2 regular box of spaghetti noodles(Boil your spaghetti noodles in water until done) Drain water off noodles.

Mix both together in a baking dish (sprayed with Pam)....Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle shredded mozarello cheese on top. Bake until cheese is browned on 375 degrees.
