Oatmeal Time!

Today Bailee got to try food for the first time.  She had oatmeal for an afternoon snack!

I gave her the spoon to play with while I was getting her oatmeal ready.  She seemed to know exactly what to do.

Once the spoon was covered in oatmeal she wasn't so sure...

But we kept trying.  She changed from her bumbo to a chair she could lay back in & she seemed to like that better. 

She ended up eating (or attempting to eat) her entire first bowl - 1 tbsp oatmeal mixed with 1oz milk.  I think it's time to break out the bibs!
